With more than a decade of experience in educational and organizational leadership, Mark Bobo has developed a deep expertise in helping mission‑driven organizations move from good intentions to measurable impact.
 
Before founding D.R.E.A.M.M. Consulting, Mark served in key roles where he worked alongside boards, senior teams and front‑line leaders to sharpen strategy, align teams, and scale outcomes—always with a focus on strengthening leadership capacity and institutional resilience.
 
What sets Mark apart is his ability to bridge the gap between vision and execution. He brings proven frameworks, tools and change‑leadership discipline to nonprofits so they can do more than survive—they can thrive.
